Effective July 22, 2026. This policy applies to this website, quote requests, partner applications, service communications, and records created while providing requested services. It does not govern third-party websites linked from our site.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Property and service information, including service address, property type, approximate size, access considerations, requested services, frequency, and priorities
- Partner-application information, including city, experience, interests, and program selected
- Communications and records related to quotes, scheduling, service delivery, support, and quality assurance

Analytics and advertising measurement
Our Google measurement integration is designed to keep analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied by default. Advertising cookies are not enabled unless an appropriate consent mechanism records permission. Limited consent-mode measurement signals may be used to understand page visits, successful requests, and interactions such as phone or review-link clicks. Partner applications are measured separately from customer leads.
Photos and location information
Operational photos are private by default and used for authorized service documentation and quality assurance. Public marketing use requires separate permission. If future portal or workforce features collect precise location for job start or completion, the relevant user will receive additional notice and access will be limited to authorized operational purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, customer service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety, and legitimate business records. Retention depends on record type, service relationship, legal requirements, and risk. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about our practices, by emailing contact@friendlyproclean.com. Children and policy changes
